Consolidating, capturing and communicating vast amounts information that cover significantly long periods of time can be daunting. My approach is to break it up into manageable chunks: What impression do we want the reader to be left with? What is essential? What is superfluous? Who is needed to sign off each part? How can we weave a narrative around the data?

Island Conservation.

GOAL: To summarize a year of island restoration projects around the world and offer a cohesive summary from the conservation NGO’s CEO and the Board Chair.

RESULT: An interactive Annual Report that was also formatted into a hardcopy for physical distribution. Read the full report.

Public Affairs Research Institute.

GOAL: To summarize a year of project objectives and deliverables for PARI and to reevaluate the mission statement, goals and objectives of the organization.

RESULT: A 44-page Annual Report that included comprehensive interviews with the Chairman, project leaders and staff. This would be one of several repeated projects with PARI. Read the full report.
